Call for Entries: Heavent Awards 2024

Scheduled for March 28, 2024, at the Palais des Festivals de Cannes, the Heavent Awards 2024 will bring together live communication agencies from around the world. These agencies can showcase their best events from 2023 in nine different categories and gain recognition within the international event community.

The 2024 jury consists of corporate event and communication managers from top companies around the world.

For all shortlisted events, the submission fee includes a package comprising 3 nights of accommodation in Cannes (from March 26 to March 29, 2024), as well as access to the ceremony, cocktail dinner, and after-party for both the agency and the client.

The 16th Heavent Awards ceremony on March 28, 2024, will be the highlight of the Heavent Meetings trade show that will happen on the same location in Cannes. This annual event gathers professionals in the event and the MICE industry.

Heavent Meetings, which expects 2,500 visitors, including 500 Hosted Buyers (agencies and companies), is a trade fair featuring targeted one-to-one meetings, business lunches, and three networking evenings in unique event locations.

Exhibitors at Heavent Meetings represent a diverse range of sectors, including event technology and production services, event agencies, exceptional venues, hotels, destinations, convention centers, entertainment and decoration agencies, rental furniture, catering, event software and technology, as well as tents and structures.
