Reinvent the event 2025 brings together more than 800 event professionals

This year's edition of Reinvent the event brought together more than 800 participants at the Estoril Congress Centre on October 27.

Under the motto ‘Unlocking the unexpected’, Reinvent the event brought together more than 800 event professionals under one roof. This edition also featured 26 exhibitors and 29 national and international speakers.

Estoril Congress Centre was filled with colour and good energy. A great deal of knowledge was shared during the sessions and workshops, which addressed relevant topics to the industry and its future. Colja Dams and Josh Stinton were the keynote speakers at this edition of the event.

Outside the Grand Auditorium of the congress centre, exhibitors were able to showcase their products and services. Time travel and trips to Mars, photographs and videos that transformed participants into superheroes, sweet and savoury snacks served through a black wall, a popcorn cart, a robot dog that interacted with people... there were several brand activations.

There was also time for reunions, hugs and networking, and there was even a safe space for those who needed quieter moments.
