Voqin' has announced its expansion into Saudi Arabia through a newly formed joint venture with Entertainment Gears.
This agreement between the Portuguese experience design and live marketing agency and the Saudi event production company marks Voqin''s commitment to supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, which aims for a vibrant society enriched with world-class entertainment and meaningful human experiences, it said in a statement.
With its experience in international events and its methodology (Emotional Thinking), Voqin' aims to help local institutions and companies establish deeper and more authentic connections with their audiences.
“Our expansion into Saudi Arabia is a strategic and symbolic step for Voqin',” said Diogo Assis, adding: ”We believe in the Kingdom's vision and energy and are committed to bringing world-class experiences that inspire, connect and create a lasting impact. Partnering with Entertainment Gears allows us to combine deep local insight with our global standards of creativity and execution.”
The Entertainment Gears team has more than 18 years of experience serving the Saudi market in delegate management, accreditation, event technology and large event production. And by bringing local market experience and operational capabilities, it becomes a natural partner for Voqin''s entry into Saudi Arabia, the statement said.
Through this joint venture, based in Riyadh, Voqin' is positioned to serve public, private and international corporate clients with a full range of live, virtual and hybrid experience solutions.
“The creative and emotional approach that Voqin' brings has been missing from the local scene. We are excited to be taking this journey together with such a prestigious company, which has a proven track record at some of the world's biggest events, including the FIFA World Cup, the Olympic Games and many others. Together, we look forward to shaping the future of events in Saudi Arabia,” said Mohamed Ramadan, CEO of Entertainment Gears.
The agreement was signed at the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Investment by Diogo Assis (founder of Voquin'), Miguel Assis (partner of Voqin') and Mohamed Ramadan (CEO of Entertainment Gears), at a ceremony presided over by Fahad Al Hashem (Assistant Deputy Minister of Investment Development).
