Six consultants, based in Austria, Denmark, Portugal and the United Kingdom, with experience working in the meetings industry in over 80 countries, have teamed up to launch Advantage Consultants. It is a collaborative project to present business solutions to destinations, companies, individuals, events and venues.

Paul Kennedy (director and owner of Kennedy Integrated Solutions), Elisabeth Hansa (owner of Support & Strategy On Demand), Linda Pereira (executive director of CPL events and CEO of L & I Communications group), Nina Gardiner (founder and CEO of Spotl1ght Communications) , Steen Moller (director and owner of Open The World) and Sue Wilkes (director and owner of SW Business & Events Solutions) are the consultants who make up Advantage Consultants.

All these professionals already have established businesses that provide solutions to boost the success of organisations, companies and brands, helping in the areas of strategic planning, sales development, communication marketing, B2B event solutions from concept to delivery, coaching and mentoring, among others.

"By bringing together a group of international individuals based in Austria, Denmark, Portugal and the United Kingdom, we are able to offer a diverse range of strategic and management skills. By following what each of us does best, our combination of depth and breadth of different sets of skills - we all have our own independent consulting firms - means that we can offer our services either as a group or individually depending on the solutions we present to our customers," says Paul Kennedy.

According to Sue Wilkes, this is a good opportunity to support the industry by building success.  “I have often talked to people in our industry about the idea of bringing together a collective approach to solving business problems.  We all work with specific individual skill sets, but often there is a missing link to finding the right expertise to solving a business problem holistically rather than just thinking and acting as if one size fits all! We come together knowing that each of us has a role to play and an opinion to reference against.  I personally think this is a big opportunity to help support this industry internationally and to build success for others”.
