Algarve will host the debut of the World Trailer Awards

Awards recognize the best strategies and creativity in entertainment marketing around the world.
The Tivoli Marina, in Vilamoura, was the venue chosen to host the first edition of the World Trailer Awards, on February 26th. Organized by Spy Manor Productions, the event aims to honor the excellence of entertainment marketing in 32 categories in the areas of film, television, gaming, podcasting and radio, streaming and social networks.
The winners of the World Trailer Awards - awards that were born from the Golden Trailers, which recognize the best cinematic trailers, teasers, posters and advertising - will be announced at the event in Algarve, which means that the Portuguese region is also promoted as a attractive, versatile and welcoming destination for the industry. The awards ceremony will be broadcast virtually on February 27th.
The jury is composed of Marco According Rickards (Vigamus), Oliver Meneses (Showbeast), Luis Miguel Messianu (Alma), Emma Ruth Garciapena (SMG Serrano Marketing Group), Carey Fitzgerald (Silver Mountain Productions), Adam Rainford (editor and screenwriter) , Jill Rosenberg (Idea Central), Alejandro Giorlando (FrameZero), Michael Lim (Singapore Film Society), Nicolas Lazarus (Content Creator Studios), Victor Parra (Kinetoscopia Films), Steven Luchel (Director), Patricia Vergara (Solo en Cines), Irungu Ochieng' (Damaris), Kelly Warnell (The Stunt Alliance) and Micaela Romanini (Vigamus).
