Event agencies worldwide have a few more days to take advantage of the early bird deadline for the Heavent Awards 2026.
The cut-off for early submissions is January 20, entries with normal submission fees being accepted until February 13. The highly anticipated awards ceremony, scheduled for March 26, at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, offers agencies the opportunity to showcase their top events from 2025 across nine distinct categories.
Nominees will earn international recognition within the live communication and event industry. The Heavent Awards are exclusively judged by brand-side marketers.
Each shortlisted entry includes a comprehensive package featuring 3 nights of accommodation in Cannes (March 24-27, as well as access for both the agency and its client (1 person each) to the awards ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner, and after-party.
As the highlight of the Heavent Meetings trade show, the 18th edition of the Heavent Awards will bring together the top decision makers from the event and MICE sectors. Heavent Meetings, which takes place concomitantly at the Palais des Festivals, is expected to attract over 2,500 visitors, including 500 Hosted Buyers (event agencies and corporate decision-makers).
