IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific 2026 will deliver an enhanced education programme featuring new industry collaborations, specialised learning tracks, and immersive destination experiences.

The upcoming edition will introduce several new conference highlights, reflecting the evolving landscape of meetings, incentives, conventions, exhibitions, corporate travel, and cruise tourism.

The Global MICE Collaborative (GMC) Certificate Session returns to the programme. Jointly presented by industry associations IAEE, MPI, and SITE, the session will provide attendees with a comprehensive overview of the MICE ecosystem, covering the essential knowledge and skills required to successfully plan and deliver conferences, exhibitions, and incentive travel programmes.

Recognising the growing opportunities within cruise tourism, IT&CM Asia 2026 will debut a dedicated Cruising into MICE: Innovative Event Solutions at Sea panel discussion. The session will highlight innovative event formats and showcase destinations accessible through cruise experiences worldwide.

The conference programme will also feature the opening keynote panel discussion, "The Magic of Meetings & Corporate Travel", which will bring together industry leaders from academia, corporate travel, destination management, and experiential travel to explore the enduring value of face-to-face interactions and meaningful travel experiences.

Beyond conference sessions, delegates may participate in activities designed to foster deeper connections while experiencing local culture. Highlights include a half-day thai food cooking class and dinner hosted by Blue Elephant Cooking School, as well as a Bangkok Evening Food Tour organised by Lost Plate. These offer participants an authentic taste of Thailand's renowned culinary scene.

IT&CMA Asia will take place in Bangkok from 22 to 24 September.
