ICCA's President at Iberian Chapter Annual Meeting

The President of International Congress and Convention Association, Nina Freysen-Pretorius, will attend the annual meeting of ICCA's Iberian Chapter, to be held in Madeira from 19th to 21st April. It is scheduled a moment of sharing and conversation between the members and the international president of the association.
The program of this ICCA meeting is already complete and provides, in addition to the magna meeting, various panels and networking moments.
Wednesday, 19th April
17.00 – 19.00: Time with the Chair. Individual members get 10 minutes conversation with the International Chair.
18.00 – 19.00: Workshop with David Bodor, ICCA Regional Director Europe. 4 topics, based on successful projects in other ICCA Chapters.
20.15 – 22.00: Cocktail at Belmond Reid´s Palace Hotel.
Thursday, 20th April
09.45 –10.30: Morning session I – Social Network Workshop.
10.30 – 11.00: Coffee break.
11.00 – 12.00: Nina’s story with direct sea view.
12.00 – 13.00: Morning session II – Ideas from fellow ICCA-members.
13.00 – 14.00: Lunch at Vidamar Hotel. Sun Terrace.
14.30 – 15.00: CSR briefing and departure by bus to the City Center (Funchal).
15.15 – 18.30: Discover Madeira.
Friday, 21st April
08.30 – 09.30: Business Exchange Breakfast at Terrace (Vidamar Hotel). Only for registered members.
10.15 – 13.00: General Assembly. Open for members and non-members.
13.00 – 14.30: Lunch at the Marina.
