IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific 2026, which will take place in Bangkok, Thailand (September 22-24), reveal enhanced conference and networking programme.

IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific 2026 are set to deliver an enriched delegate experience with an expanded conference and networking programme that reflects the evolving landscape of meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions (MICE), corporate travel, and cruise tourism.

Through new educational sessions, experiential networking activities, destination experiences, and business opportunities, the co-located event continues to provide a comprehensive platform where industry professionals can learn, connect, and experience the best of Asia-Pacific's business events industry.

Learn: new perspective shaping the future of MICE

This year's conference programme introduces several new sessions to address emerging trends and opportunities across the industry.

Hosted by Worldwide Cruise Associates, ‘Cruising into MICE: Innovative Event Solutions at Sea’ explores how ocean cruises, river vessels, and expedition ships are transforming the way business events are delivered. From meetings and incentive programmes to corporate gatherings and full-ship charters, the session will examine how cruise-based experiences offer distinctive venues while showcasing destinations around the world.

Speakers Diana Bloss (Worldwide Cruise Associates), Jan Basson (Lindblad Expeditions) and Matthew Boutwell (Crystal/Abercrombie & Kent MICE) will discuss how cruise-based events are creating immersive experiences while showcasing destinations around the world. The session will be moderated by Karen Yue (TTG Asia Media).

‘The New MICE Demography: Reshaping Incentive Travel for Multi-Generational Travellers’, hosted by euromic Academy, will examine how incentive travel is evolving to meet the expectations of a workforce spanning Baby Boomers to Generation Z.

As organisations seek to engage increasingly diverse employee demographics, the panel will discuss strategies for creating flexible programmes that combine luxury, authentic cultural experiences, sustainability, and measurable business outcomes. The session features Cindy Lui (MGM Macau & MGM Cotai), Sumate Sudasna (Conference & Destination Management) and Juan Paredes (Destination Asia), with moderation by Rajeev Kohli (Creative Travel India).

Delegates can also gain valuable market intelligence through ‘Inside MICE: Trends and Data for Strategic Decision-Making’, hosted by the Global MICE Collaborative. Drawing on insights from IAEE, MPI, and SITE, the session will explore the latest global industry trends, emerging opportunities, and practical strategies to help organisations navigate an increasingly dynamic business events landscape. The session will be presented by June Kim (Kim's M&T DMC Korea).

‘Corporate Travel for the Ages’ will explore how organisations are adapting corporate travel programmes to meet the needs of a workforce spanning up to five generations – from Traditionalists and Baby Boomers to Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z.

As employee expectations, travel preferences, and work styles continue to evolve, the session will examine how companies can develop inclusive travel policies that balance flexibility, wellbeing, and productivity while maximising the business value of corporate travel. The session features Eugene Tan (Trip.Biz Southeast Asia) and Ewan Lim (GSK), with moderation by Karen Yue (TTG Asia Media).

Connect: expanding business opportunities

Alongside the conference programme, IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific continue to strengthen their role as a marketplace for business development and international partnerships.

The exhibition welcomes new exhibitors from around the world, including Almaty Tourism Bureau, which will introduce delegates to Kazakhstan's largest city as an emerging destination for MICE. Buyers, corporate planners, associations, and destination management companies will have the opportunity to explore Almaty's growing meetings infrastructure, mountain experiences, cultural attractions, and year-round business events offerings while establishing new partnerships across Central Asia.

Australia will also have a strong presence at the exhibition, with Tourism Australia, Business Events Perth, and Business Events Sydney coming together to showcase the country's diverse business events capabilities. Delegates will have the opportunity to engage with representatives from across Australia, discover the latest destination developments and incentive offerings, and explore how the country's varied cities and regions can cater to a wide range of meetings, incentives, conferences, and corporate events.

Experience: discover Thailand beyond Bangkok

Complementing the business programme, delegates will have the opportunity to experience Thailand's culture and destinations through a series of curated activities.

To extend the event experience beyond Bangkok, the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) will organise post-event familiarisation tours for qualified buyers and media. Participants may register for a three-day, two-night educational visit to either Chiang Rai or Khao Yai, to get first-hand insight into each destination's MICE infrastructure, venues, and unique local experiences.

SITE Thailand will also host a two-day, one-night incentive experience to Phetchaburi, a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. The programme will introduce participants to the province's rich culinary heritage through immersive food experiences, showcasing its distinctive sweet, savoury, and sour flavours while highlighting initiatives that support local communities and preserve traditional gastronomy for future generations.

By combining thought-provoking education, quality business networking, and authentic destination experiences, IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific 2026 continue to reinforce their position as Asia-Pacific's leading business events and corporate travel exhibition and conference, providing delegates with valuable knowledge, meaningful connections, and memorable experiences that extend well beyond the show floor.
