Stuttgart region online meeting guide has a new design

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Stuttgart Convention Bureau (SCB), its online presence has been completely redesigned. The Meeting Guide will appear from now on in digital form only, with a fresh look and new functions.
At the moment the Guide lists 140 conference hotels, congress centres and special locations, and more are being added all the time. Is possible to search according to the number of participants, room requirements or sustainable meetings. As there will be a continuing demand for safe event formats with more sophisticated technology, new criteria have been included to enable the planning of events in safer conditions and in accordance with valid regulations. Using the filters, planners can now gain a first impression of the facilities through virtual tours and videos and specifically target offers, for examples for hybrid or virtual event formats, locations with a terrace and outdoor areas. The safety and hygiene concepts of every location are presented under 'Safety Policy'.
Requests for offers can also be sent to suitable providers. The online meeting guide has also been augmented by a selection of framework programmes, which can be filtered according to the categories Active, Enjoyment, Green Policy, Sightseeing, Typically Stuttgart and Wine.
