Anhembi has restructured its technological material to host the 43rd edition of WorldSkills, a professional education competition.

This events centre now has two Gbps internet to use during the event that expects to attract over 200,000 visitors.

For the first time in Brazil and Latin America, WorldSkills is expected to surpass last edition's numbers (Germany, 2013). At the time, more than a thousand participants from 53 countries joined.

The expectation now is to receive more than a thousand young people from 59 nationalities competing for the title of world's best professional in 50 technical areas in the industry and service sector. In order to achieve it, 17,000 people are involved in the event's organisation.

To monitor all this grandeur, an area called NOC (Network Operations Center) was installed at the Anhembi complex. It is open 24 hours and features informative panels with connection information throughout the park.

Held every two years since 1950, this event brings together the best 16 to 22 year-old students, selected in vocational education competitions in several countries.
